Information about the processing of personal data on this website.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Thomas JaspersErlenstraße 9
47198 Duisburg
Germany
Email: info@bytefunke.de
Telephone: +49 2066 501326
2. Scope and purpose
This website presents the Fluxburst iOS game. Its code contains no user accounts, contact forms or newsletter subscriptions. No analytics, advertising or tracking services are embedded. This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
This notice covers the website. It is separate from privacy information for the iOS app and any processing carried out by Apple.
3. Website delivery and hosting
The following provider is used for public hosting:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When a page is requested, the hosting provider processes the connection data required to deliver it, particularly the IP address and requested resource. The time of access, browser and operating system information, and the referring page may also be transmitted. The website cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.
Processing to provide and secure the website is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is a reliable, secure website and the detection of technical problems or abusive requests.
Technical processing of a request does not automatically mean permanent storage. Where access or error logs are created, retention depends on the time needed to diagnose problems, investigate security issues and clarify specific incidents. Longer retention may be necessary to resolve such an incident or meet legal obligations.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website code sets no cookies and uses neither Session Storage nor IndexedDB. Language selection works through links to separate German and English HTML pages and is not stored.
When you pause or enable animations using the corresponding button, the home page saves only that choice in your browser’s Local Storage under the key fluxburst-motion. The value is either paused or running, with no user identifier. It is read locally on subsequent visits and is not sent to a server.
This storage preserves the display setting you expressly selected (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). It has no automatic expiry. You can delete it through your browser’s site-data settings; a new choice overwrites it. With no saved choice, the website follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. It remains usable when browser storage is blocked.
5. Fonts, images and external links
Fonts, images, icons, stylesheets and scripts are delivered with the website’s own files. Visiting a page does not load external font services, videos or social-media content.
Your browser connects to an external provider only when you follow an external link. That provider’s privacy information applies to subsequent processing. Simply viewing an email or telephone link neither sends a message nor initiates a call.
6. Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, message and any attachments, to answer your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; without suitable contact details, we may be unable to reply.
General enquiries are handled on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to your request. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries.
Emails sent to info@bytefunke.de are received by ALL-INKL.COM and forwarded to a Googlemail mailbox (Gmail). Google receives sender and recipient details, the message and any attachments. Contact takes place outside the website.
Correspondence is retained for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, perform a contract. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or evidence needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims require further storage.
7. Recipients and international processing
Recipients in connection with the website and email contact are ALL-INKL.COM as the hosting and mail provider, and Google for forwarding to Gmail. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States.
Google explains its processing in its privacy policy. Information about the transfer mechanisms identified by Google, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, and the related safeguards is available in its data transfer frameworks. Processing of forwarded emails exclusively within Europe is not guaranteed.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR).
Right to object: Where processing is based on a legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred (Article 77 GDPR). The authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is:
Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-WestfalenPostfach 20 04 44
40102 Düsseldorf
Germany
9. Updates
This notice will be updated when the website or the underlying processing changes. The current version is always available through the “Privacy policy” link in the footer.
