Two players take turns. You place a charge. What it sets in motion is up to your strategy.
Place energy on an empty tile or one of your own.
When a tile exceeds its capacity, it explodes.
Energy reaches horizontal, vertical and diagonal neighbours. More tiles can explode.
Enemy tiles hit by your energy become yours.
Eliminate every enemy tile. The last player with tiles on the board wins.

THE PRECISE DISRUPTION
From round 5, remove one charge from an unfortified enemy tile. At zero, it becomes neutral.
Sometimes less energy changes more.
THE STRATEGIC ANCHOR
Permanently reinforce one of your tiles: +2 capacity and EMP protection. Fortification remains even if the tile is captured.
